Return Policy
At hikma rituals, we take great care in preparing and packaging our botanical products. Due to the nature of ingestible and topical botanical formulations, hygiene and safety standards are central to our return policy.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date.
Condition of Items
To be eligible for return, items must be:
• Unopened
• Sealed in their original packaging
• In the same condition in which they were received
Any product that has been opened, unsealed, or used is not eligible for return.
Hygiene & Safety Policy
Because our products are ingestible and/or come into direct contact with the body, we cannot accept returns of opened items for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy ensures product integrity and customer safety.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:
• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
• Photographs of the outer packaging
Only items confirmed as damaged upon arrival are eligible for return or replacement.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refund Method
Approved returns will be issued as store credit only. Store credit will be sent via email once the returned item has been received and inspected. Store credit is non-transferable and may be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or unsealed products
• Used products
• Products returned after 14 days
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
