The Art of Connection
Understanding Intimacy in Modern Life
Join Corinne Konrad Calder for this digestible introduction to intimacy and connection - for anyone who wants to understand what actually blocks closeness and spark, and how to find your way back.
We'll explore:
• What intimacy actually means - and why it's not just physical
• The barriers to intimacy - why they happen
• Why many well-functioning couples need newness and variety to bring back the spark
…plus, a taste of intimacy practice where you will experience what it feels like to be present with yourself and with another person – including how to listen without trying to interrupt or fix another.
Some of this work is solo. Some are in pairs. All of it is safe, simple, and designed to help you feel yourself and each other more. More authentic connection, less performing.
